Browse jobs in Afghanistan by
A simpler way to find work
Job hunting in Afghanistan has usually meant piecing together leads from scattered chats and posts. Here's what changes with Afghan Job.
The old way
Job hunting before Afghan Job-
Scattered across WhatsApp groups and Facebook posts
Job openings get shared once in a busy group chat and disappear within hours, with no easy way to search back through old messages.
-
No way to know if a listing is still open
Posts rarely get updated once a position is filled, so you spend time applying to jobs that closed weeks ago.
-
Rebuilding your CV from scratch each time
Without a saved template, every application means starting over with formatting, spacing, and layout.
-
Missing deadlines because posts get buried
Important announcements get lost under dozens of newer messages before you even see them.
With Afghan Job
What you get today-
One organized platform, searchable by province and category
Browse listings from every province, filtered by the type of work you're looking for.
-
Listings reviewed before publishing
Every vacancy is checked for basic completeness before it appears on the site.
-
Free CV builder — build once, download anytime
Fill in your details once, then generate a clean, ready-to-send PDF whenever you need it.
-
Tenders and announcements in their own section
Government and organizational tenders stay visible and organized, instead of getting lost in a feed.

Employer FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most often from employers using Afghan Job.
Create an employer account, verify your email, then use the "Post a job" form. Fill in the position details and submit — your listing goes to our review queue before it goes live.
Yes. Posting a job uses 1 credit from your account balance. There is no fee to create an account, browse, or manage your dashboard — credits are only used when you publish a listing.
Send payment via WhatsApp, PayPal, or HesabPay using the contact details in our footer, and let us know your account email. Once confirmed, we add the credits to your account and your real-time balance updates on your dashboard.
Every job posting is reviewed by a person before it goes live, to check basic accuracy and compliance with our content standards. Most listings are reviewed the same day, though this can vary depending on volume.
Direct self-service editing isn't available yet. If you need to correct or update a live posting, contact us with the details and we'll make the change for you.
Applicants who apply directly through Afghan Job appear in your employer dashboard's applicant pipeline, where you can move each candidate through Applied, Shortlisted, Interview, and Hired stages, and view their CV and contact details.
Use the "Contact Us" link in the footer for any technical issues, questions about your account, or credit top-ups. We aim to respond as quickly as we can.
